Richard Gerald "Rick" Bezanson
1954-2021
Richard Gerald "Rick" Bezanson – age 66, of South Berwick, passed away on Monday, August 16, 2021 in the Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville. Born in Kentville, he was a son of Jean (DeEll) Bezanson and the late Gerald Bezanson. Rick reached his 50-year milestone as a truck driver this year, and will be very missed by his trucking friends and family dearly. Rick is survived by his son, David (Shelley Ogden); loving companion, Bernadette Strong; sisters, Tami (Fred) Goucher and Sue (Gordon) Huestis; stepchildren, Rachel, Jeff, Mark and Matt, and their children; step grandchildren, Grace and Bridgett; as well as many friends and extended family. There will be no visitation. Due to COVID-19, a private invitation only funeral service will be held. A video webcast of the service will be available at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, August 20, 2021. Interment will take place in Elm Grove Cemetery, Steam Mill. Donations in memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the White Family Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Kentville.
